Ruben Ryan
Associate Director of Outreach and Inclusion
Ruben is a longtime performer and mentor specializing in improvisation. He has taught improv to children and adults of all abilities and is a founding member of Just Go With It and is currently Creative Director for Point of No Return Improv. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Kent State University. He teaches CADA classes and is a featured recurring performer as the title character in the Joe Newsense podcast.

Justin Miller
Teacher
Justin Miller is a professional actor, voice coach and editor. He has been involved with theater since he was a child and was taught by CADAs Co founder Wendy Duke. He works on many fronts, from case management to sound and video editing. He has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in both Theater sound production and acting. CADA combines his two loves, helping people and theater.

Dean Coutris
Business Manager
Dean began helping CADA with bookkeeping and accounting work back in 2016. 'Just Go With It Improv,' the improv troupe he co-founded, offered a couple of improv workshops for CADA students, which led to Dean teaching an in-person improv class before leaving to earn his MFA in Theatre from the University of Houston. Then in 2020, Dean officially became CADA's Business Manager and returned to teaching, this time on Zoom.

Jane Fitz
Teacher
Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies with a minor in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Kent State University where she spent 4 years as part of the Black Squirrel Improv Troupe. She has experience teaching people of all ages and all abilities. Jane is a longtime improviser and comedy enthusiast who is thrilled to be part of the CADA team.
